Tips for An Awesome Charm Experience
Start with a story or a vibe.
Think about what you want your piece to say – are you going for cute and quirky? Elegant and timeless? Personal and meaningful? Let the story guide your charm choices.

Choose one charm that stands out – this is your centerpiece. Build the rest of the pieces around it to create balance and flow.

Combine shiny, matte, enamel, rhinestones, and metal charms for visual interest. Don’t be afraid to play with contrast!

Yes! We offer after-hours shopping experiences on select days. These are intimate, scheduled sessions for small groups to browse and shop in a relaxed, private setting.
You’re welcome to bring your own light snacks or drinks – think easy sandwiches, desserts, or canned/bottled beverages. We don’t provide or serve food and don’t have the facilities to manage it, so we just ask that guests keep things simple and take everything with them when they leave.

Charm Products: If you want to make a charm product, no appointment needed. Walk-ins are welcome! On rare occasions, we may need to limit entry if the store reaches capacity, but any wait is usually brief.
Permanent Jewelry: If you want permanent jewelry, you need to schedule an appointment here.
Plan for it to take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour, depending on how many charms you’ve selected, how many pieces we’re assembling for you, and how crowded we are.

Absolutely! We have Chatterbox gift cards available in the store. They are the perfect gift.
No, we only install our charms on chains purchased in our store. However, we encourage you to buy our charms and attach them to your own jewelry at home.
All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges.
Most of our chains are made from a brass or stainless steel base, with gold electroplating or PVD coating. Many of our charms are copper or stainless steel with a gold finish, though we have a wide variety of materials. We limit the number of items made with pewter and low-quality alloys whenever possible, but some styles are only available in these materials. Our goal is to offer better value by sourcing higher-quality materials.
Our chains and charms are made from non-precious metals, so over time, it may lose some color or luster. This is not tarnishing in the traditional sense, but normal wear from exposure to skin, sweat, moisture, lotions, perfumes, and the environment. No one can predict if or exactly when this will happen, as it also depends on how the jewelry is worn, stored, and cared for.
To help extend the life of your jewelry, avoid wearing it in pools, salt water, or showers. Keep it away from lotions, perfumes, and hair products. Store it in a dry place when not in use and avoid sleeping or exercising in it. These steps can help slow down fading and preserve the look of your jewelry.
We don’t recommend getting your jewelry wet. Water-especially salt water, chlorinated water, and even tap water-can affect the finish over time.
Occasional exposure may not ruin it, but frequent moisture will speed up fading.
Many of our items are made with stainless steel, which is generally hypoallergenic for most people. However, everyone’s skin is different. If you have very sensitive skin or known metal allergies, we recommend patch testing first or contacting us with questions about specific items.
